Today I'll be sharing a few tips on how to have a successful interview. When conducting an interview, it's important to make sure that your subject is comfortable & that you are asking the important questions. Here's how to make sure:


1.) Be prepared for your interview. 

2.) Ask open-ended questions.

3.) Listen more, talk less. 

4.) Take notes.

5.) Put the applicant at ease.
